2 Year Warranty

We stand behind every product we sell, if anything you buy from us is defective or doesn’t last, we will fix it. 

Here’s the details of what the warranty covers:

• 2 year warranty on the tub and inflatable lid. This does not cover negligence or misuse of the product. We cover the seals, valves, and integrity of the tub.
• 2 year warranty on the chiller. Any defective elements, chilling element, pump, primer, etc. 
• All warranty products are eligible for a full replacement or repair based on their condition. Returns are not accepted after our 60 Day free return period.

If you are outside of your warranty period, reach out to us anyways. We will do our absolute best to help fix your problem.
