60-Day Love It Guarantee

Our 60-Day LOVE It Guarantee is our promise to you: we want you to absolutely love your new plunge, or we'll take it back.

Just like it sounds. What this means is that if you purchase your plunge and aren't in love with it, we will refund you your money. 

Hopefully that's not the case, but here's the process if you want to take advantage of this guarantee:

- Contact our team to start your claim.

- We will send you a shipping label and cover the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. We then inspect your ordered items and if their not damaged we will process your refund.

- We DO NOT charge a restocking fee.

- If it is damaged we will assess the cost to repair/replace and refund you the difference. In order for us to issue a refund, it needs to be in "like-new" condition.

- It's never happened to date - but for legal reasons we need to reserve the right to charge for damages to product and reserve the right to not issue a refund.

- We keep you updated on the entire process.

- Once the inspection is complete we issue a refund to the same card that made the purchase.
