We are not currently offering chillers as we update our chiller design.

Our tubs are ready to be equipped with most of the major brands chillers. Ours are setup with a standard 3/4 hose attachment. Even if they don't it's not difficult to grab an adapter at your local Home Depot.

All tubs are in stock and ship the following business day. Typical shipping times are 1-7 days depending on your location.

If you aren't completely happy with the purchase of your cold tub. Send it back and we will refund your money.

The 2-year warranty covers all manufacturers defects or problems with our products. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it.

Cold exposure therapy, or cold immersion therapy is the ancient practice of submerging and exposing your body to fridgid temperatures for health benefits and to treat health conditions.

As long as you don't store it in direct sunlight, indefinitely. Our cold plunges are made for both permanent and portable use.

If you're like us though, you'll be bringing it with you more than you imagined. During transportation you do need to deflate it.

If you're brand new with cold exposure, we recommend starting with a single minute and working your way up to 10-15 minutes. With any therapy, your experience is unique and you need to do what is right for you. If you have any preexisting health issues, consult your doctor to ensure cold therapy is safe for you.

Absolutely! Plunging outside is a great way to experience cold therapy. We do recommend storing the tub out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures in permanent setups.

Not difficult at all. You inflate your tub with the included pump, attach the chiller, fill it with water, and plug it in. Once the water is cold, jump in!
